Elastic and Tencent Cloud deepen strategic partnership to power AI-era search foundation
Tencent Cloud and Elastic expanded their strategic partnership in August 2026 to launch the Tencent Cloud Elasticsearch Service (ES) Enterprise Edition. The collaboration focuses on providing enterprises with AI search foundations, including technical and product integration.

The details
The service integrates with Tencent Hunyuan large language models and the TCRay inference platform. Tencent Cloud has provided Elasticsearch-based cloud services since 2016. In selected AI search scenarios, performance improved by up to 5x. Tencent Cloud ES currently operates 20,000 clusters and 100,000 nodes.
