SourceAWS Storage Gateway now supports FIPS-compliant private connectivity for Tape and Volume Gateway

- Adds FIPS 140-3 validated endpoints over AWS PrivateLink for Tape Gateway and Volume Gateway
- Enables keeping FIPS-compliant traffic on the private AWS network for regulated workloads instead of the public internet
- Enables gateways to reach Storage Gateway service endpoints privately through an interface VPC endpoint using FIPS validated encryption
- Requires gateway software version 3.2.7 or later to activate with a FIPS PrivateLink endpoint
- Available in eight AWS Regions across the United States and Canada including AWS GovCloud
